Even though it would seem IKEA directions seem like a great coloring book (That they are!) it also shows us a valuable design lesson.
Make things as easy as possible for your customers to navigate and use. They will thank you for it in the long run, with either return business or that delicious thing we like to call word of mouth.
This concept applies from instructions to customer service support through to web development. It's always a great idea to think about the design of what you are trying to accomplish doing accomplishing it.
